This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate along with Trade License to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of M/s.Arogya Theraphy & SPA, at No.17, Thirugnana Sambhandar Street, Padi, Chennai-600 050, by way of disposing the petitioner's application in Form-7, dated 18.08.2024.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the 3rd respondent police has given No Objection, however, the 2nd respondent/Commissioner of Police, taking into consideration that there was no enough space to park vehicles, had not recommended the case.

3. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that since there was no recommendation from the Commissioner of Police on account of there being no parking space, the Chennai Corporation has not given the No Objection Certificate. He would further submit that in the event of the petitioner arranging for parking space and reporting about the same to the first respondent, it will be considered after due inspection.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to arrange for parking space and intimate to the first respondent who shall there after conduct enquiry and decide the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period four weeks.
