When the matter was taken up on 06.11.2025, this Court, while 1/3
quashing the First Information Report pending against the petitioner in Crime No.54 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police, directed the petitioner to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court Campus, Chennai, on or before 25.11.2025, and directed the Registry to list the matter for reporting compliance. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court on 06.11.2025 and also produced the Memo of Compliance to that effect. 4.
