The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent police to comply with the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur. in Crl.M.P.No.705 of 2024 dated 08.10.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the order of the learned Magistrate has been complied with and FIR has also been registered in Crime No.372 of 2025 on 06.11.2025 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. 3.
