[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] CMP No.27761 of 2025 is filed to fix an early date for the disposal of the condone delay application in CMP No.29812 of 2024 in WA SR.No.171022 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner who filed the present CMP would submit that in the main CMP ie., CMP No.29812 of 2024, which was filed by the appellant State to seek condonation of delay of 416 days in filing the said writ appeal to be condoned, he has no objection to condone the delay in filing the writ appeal.

3. Recording the said stand, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Delay in filing the writ appeal is condoned and the Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
