This petition has been filed to amend C.C.No.43 of 2016 instead of C.C.No.43 of 2022 wherever it occurs in the pending Crl.R.C.No.1607 of 2025 and in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16516 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

sli 17.12.2025 Note: (i) Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in Crl.R.C.No.1607 of 2025.

(ii) Registry is also directed to carryout the aforesaid corrections in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16516 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
