This Petition is filed to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard Mr.M.A.Muthalakan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Since the defacto complainant is a proper and necessary party to the Original Petition, this Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.27016 of 2025 and post the same after two weeks along with connected Crl.O.P.No.29959 of 2025.
