ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition in the order dated 08.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20705 of 2025 the petitioner shall report before the trial Court every day at 10.30 AM until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20705 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
