ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 5(l), 6, 7, 8 of Protection of Child from Sexual offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.27 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.28792 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, and the specific allegations are made against the petitioner's involvement in the sexual assault on the victim girl, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."

3. Considering the facts that there is no grounds for re-considering the order while rejecting the anticipatory bail application, and this Court is not 2/5

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
