O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 1/4

115(2), 118(1) & 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.29 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6356 of 2025, vide order dated 14.03.2025. Without availing the opportunity granted by this Court to surrender and execute the sureties, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. In view of the fact that anticipatory bail already granted, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the time for executing the sureties for a further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that the reference to the New Town Police Station, Cuddalore, in the order dated 14.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.6356 of 2025 is only on account of a typographical error. The same shall stand corrected as the Inspector of Police, Anaicut Police Station, Vellore District, in connection 2/4

with Crime No.29 of 2025. The petitioner shall appear before the said police and comply with condition No.6(b) of the said order. 12.02.2026 kmm Note :
