For Petitioner : Mr.D.Veerasekharan For Respondents : Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru Special Government Pleader O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the charge memo on the file of the second respondent dated 26.09.2025 as well as the order of transfer passed by the first respondent dated 25.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though this writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo as well the order of transfer, now, the petitioner has been relieved from her post and some other Teacher joined in the said post. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in this writ petition challenging the order of transfer.

4. Insofar as the memo is concerned, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the charges. However, the first respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings, pursuant to the charge memo dated 26.09.2025, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the petitioner is entitled for the documents which were annexed to the charge memo. If the documents which were annexed to the charge memo are not served to the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to serve the annexures which were annexed to the charge memo, forthwith and proceed with the disciplinary proceedings thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
