This application has been filed by the applicants to grant leave to the applicants to file the Suit under Section 92 of C.P.C.

2.According to the applicants, the 1st applicant is the Trust and the 2nd applicant is the Honorary Secretary of the 1st applicant.

3.The 1st applicant / plaintiff is carrying on activities in the nature of public Trust registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The applicants are in need of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

funds for constructing buildings, thereby, they have decided to sell the properties. Therefore, they have come forward with the grant leave application seeking permission of this Court.
