COMMON ORDER WP No. 47169 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to pass orders for counting 50 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor from 19.04.1989 to 12.11.1997 towards pensionable service and consequently revise the retirement benefits including regular pension payable to the petitioner from the date of retirement on 27.04.2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.194 School Education Department dated 12.9.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dt.24.10.2025 in the light of various orders passed by this Honourable Court.

WP No. 47171 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to pass orders for counting 50 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor from 29.12.1989 to 11.11.1997 towards pensionable service and consequently revise the retirement benefits including regular pension payable to the petitioner from the date of retirement on 30.06.2024 with all consequential and other attendant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.194 School Education Department dated 12.09.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner in the light of various orders passed by this Honourable Court.

WP No. 47172 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to pass orders for counting 50 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor from 18.01.1990 to 15.11.1996 towards pensionable service and consequently revise the retirement benefits including regular pension payable to the petitioner from the date of retirement on 30.08.2017 with all consequential and other attendant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.194 School Education Department dated 12.09.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner in the light of various orders passed by this Honourable Court.

4. WP No. 47173 of 2025 has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to pass orders for counting 50 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor from 11.04.1990 to 15.11.1996 towards pensionable service and consequently revise the retirement benefits including regular pension payable to the petitioner from the date of retirement on 31.07.2013 with all consequential and other attendant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.194 School Education Department dated 12.09.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner in the light of various orders passed by this Honourable Court.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners

representations within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered second respondent and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to forward the representation of the petitioners to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

7. With the above directions, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
