Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse the subsistence allowance eligible for the petitioner for the period between 20.05.2013 to 09.08.2020.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1/4

1 to 3 to disburse the subsistence allowance for the period from 20.05.2013 to 09.08.2020.

The petitioner was appointed as BT Assistant on 08.11.1995 in the third respondent school. While being so, the petitioner was served with charge memo and the petitioner submitted explanation. However, without being satisfied with the explanation submitted by the petitioner, enquiry was ordered and enquiry report was submitted. 3.

On instruction, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that already the reqeust made by the petitioner was rejected in the year 2018 itself. Thereafter, the petitioner has not made any representation.

In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation in accordance with law. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after conducting enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. 2/4

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
