This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.10150 of 2025 by an order dated 25.10.2025.

2. The petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.10150 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- ( rupees One Lakh Only) before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai. He further submitted that, petitioner hails from a poor background and therefore he is not able to mobilize the amount. Thus, he seeks for modification of the condition and a lesser amount be imposed.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10150 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025 is modified to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in Crime No.156 of 2023. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. All other conditions remain unaltered.
