ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge to notice dated 28.10.2025 is bereft of any ground relating to violation of principles of natural justice, absence of jurisdiction or mala fide.

2. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the impugned notice, without insisting on exhaustion of efficacious statutory alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.
