PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2025 and direct the 2 nd respondent to inspect the property of the petitioner and to release the documents i.e. that sale deed dated 10.03.2025 registered as Doc.No.608 of 2025 and 609 of 2025 on the file of the 2 nd respondent for the Property situated R.S.No.591 / 1, as per Patta R.S.No.591 / 3 Block No.34 in old Survey No.92, Door No.40 Perumalreddy Street, Egmore, Nungambakkam Taluk, within the central Chennai Registration District and Sub - Registration district of Periamet, the property measuring to an extent of 1047 sq.ft. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025,

whereby, he sought to inspect the property situated R.S.No.591 / 1, as per Patta R.S.No.591 / 3 Block No.34 in old Survey No.92, Door No.40 Perumalreddy Street, Egmore, Nungambakkam Taluk and to release the sale deed dated 10.03.2025 registered as Doc.No.608 of 2025 and 609 of 2025. 2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2025 has not been considered by the respondents 1 & 2, so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried on by the respondents 1 & 2 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
