MARIA CLETE.J These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of R.Muthaiyah in A.S.No.183 of 2020 and to bring the petitioners 2 to 5 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased R.Muthaiyah, as proposed petitioners in the above Appeal Suit No.183 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also upon perusing the death certificate produced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are allowed.
