JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.V. KARTHIKEYAN, J] The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has given a letter to the Registry to withdraw C.M.P.No.28588 of 2025 in C.M.A (SR) No.162019 of 2025. The learned counsel has also made the following endorsement in the case file:

"The appellant/petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the C.M.P.No.28588 of 2025 in C.M.A (SR) No.162019 of 2025"

2. In view of the same, C.M.P.No.28588 of 2025 in C.M.A (SR)No.162019 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, C.M.A (SR) No.162019 of 2025 shall stand rejected. There shall be no order as to costs.

[C.V.K., J] [K.R.S., J] 13.03.2026 gpa P.S: Original order and decree dated 21.07.2025 in O.P.No.151 of 2025 may be returned to the counsel for petitioner under due acknowledgment, on the petitioner substituting the attested true copy of the same, within two days from the date of filing of memo in this regard by the counsel.
