In view of the compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.06.2026, counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the delay condonation application is allowed.

2.Considering that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court dated 08.06.2026, and the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, the delay of 1616 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 90032 of 2025 is condoned.

3.Thus, the petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case today if it is otherwise in order.
