These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 997 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent Saradambal (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent Saradambal and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 15 to 24 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent Saradambal and rank them as proposed respondents in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

3. Accordingly these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to incorporate the necessary amendment in the Second Appeals, if it is otherwise in order.

4. List the case on 05.12.2026.
