ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [for brevity 'the Act'] for appointment of an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute arising out of the Master General Terms Agreement dated 07.02.2024.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner relied upon the Memo filed by the petitioner wherein it is stated that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the respondent has been admitted and an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has been appointed. Hence, learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the event the CIRP proceedings is set aside in future.
This petition is disposed of in terms of the Memo by granting liberty.
