Mr.K.Seetha Ram, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant extension of visa for a period of two years based on the e-application of the petitioner filed in ID No.180825KQNW2Q dated 18.08.2025 in accordance with law.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Deutsch National holding German Passport No.C4JMY09NK valid till 13.09.2028 and she is a businesswoman transferring technology and bringing in working capital from Germany for the companies in India and she has been visiting India for more than three decades. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner and one Michael Arul are the Directors of Tecways India Private Limited and Michael Arul is suffering from age related illness and since the petitioner has to take care of Michael Arul and their 2/4

business, applied for extension of visa which expired on 28.08.2025 vide application dated 18.08.2025 to the respondents and the same has not yet been considered. Hence, this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.08.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
