ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No. 355 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 22.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27816 of 2025.
3. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.27816 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6. Considering the fact that the petitioners approached to the victims, arousing their trust, and got patta from them, collected huge amount and the investigation is in a preliminary stage, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners".
4. Considering the investigation is not yet completed and considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.11.2025 MSM 2/4
