It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, out of 39 writ petitioners in the main writ petition in W.P.No.974 of 2025, only the first writ petitioner viz., N.Thirumurugan wants to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
