This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that the delay is minimal and that he has no serious objection to the same being condoned.

3. I have independently perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause warranting condonation of the delay.

4. In the light of the above, this petition is allowed.
