ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondents not to allow the 4th respondent to park cars on the public road more fully disclosed in the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025. 2.

According to the petitioner, he is a resident of the locality where the 4th respondent is carrying on business as an authorised dealer of Maruti cars. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is causing nuisance and blocking access to the public road more fully disclosed in the representation of the petitioner by parking cars on the said road. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2025 has not been considered by the official respondents, till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.

Mr.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 4.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's

representation, as stated above, are directed to be considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025, referred supra after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
