This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 4th respondent to give effect to the communication dated 25.10.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent, and to include the petitioner under the New Health Insurance Scheme 2022, in compliance with the Government orders 2/6

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request to give effect to the communication dated 25.10.2024 on the file of the third respondent to include the petitioner under the New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
