ORDER

The petitioners herein, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 309(4), 311, 125, 324(1) and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.934 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 25.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26473 of 2025 for the following reasons:

"Considering the facts, grave nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioners and the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, the previous antecedents of the petitioners and the fact that the present bail petition is filed without any change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.26473 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
