ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the name of the petitioner's daughter as "S.Aswatha" in the order dated 16.09.2025 in W.P.No.35514 of 2025.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to a typographical error, the name of the petitioner's daughter was wrongly recorded in the said order and seeks correction of the same.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 16.09.2025 in W.P.No.35514 of 2025 stands modified to the limited extent that the name of the petitioner's daughter shall be read as "S.Aswatha" wherever it occurs in the said order.
5. In all other aspects, the order dated 16.09.2025 in W.P.No.35514 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is modified.
No costs.
