This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the case pending on the file of the respondent police in respect of Crime No.88 of 2025 to Crime Branch - Crime Investigation Department (CBCID) and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a final report has been filed on 18.08.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
