ORDER

By these miscellaneous petitions, the writ petitioners seek to implead the beneficiary of the settlement deed as the 4th respondent. Pursuant to permission granted on 05.11.2025, the petitioners issued private notice to the fourth respondent and filed an affidavit of service. The acknowledgement card evidences delivery of notice to the fourth respondent. In spite of service of notice, the fourth respondent is not represented.

2. Upon examining the affidavits in support and being satisfied that the fourth respondent is at least a proper party, these petitions are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the writ petitions.
