This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.IV Salem instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem in Crl.O.P.No.26483 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.26483 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26483 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.
