ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 22733 of 2025 by order dated 18.08.2025 regularly.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22733 of 2025, dated 18.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
