O R D E R

Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the 1st Respondent from registering any document of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the property of the petitioner measuring 0.40.50 Ares (about 1Acre) in Survey No.73/8 at No.085 Mahendramangalam Revenue Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, till the disposal of the Enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2/5

subject property belongs to the petitioner and his mother. While so, the 2nd respondent is trying to encumber the said property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an objection to the District Registrar (Admin.), Dharmapuri on 05.05.2025 and the said Authority forwarded the same to the 1st respondent for necessary enquiry. Subsequently, the 1st respondent sent a notice to the 2nd respondent asking him to appear for enquiry on 09.09.2025, pursuant to which, the petitioner also attended the enquiry and produced all the documents. But no orders have been passed by the 1st respondent till date. Now, the petitioner came to know that 2nd respondent is attempting to execute the Settlement Deed in favour of her children. Hence, this petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent will not register any document with respect to the subject property, till the completion of the enquiry proceedings.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned 3/5

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that 1st respondent shall not register any document pertaining to the subject property, till the completion of the enquiry proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscelleneous Petition is closed.
