PRAYER:Petition filed to relax the conditions imposed in the order in Crl.M.P.No.15867 of 2024 in Crl.A.1319 of 2022 dated 14.11.2024 that, petitioners shall appear before the trail court court once in a month, i.e first working day of the English Calender month and this petition is ordered accordingly. maybe fully relaxed.

ORDER

The petitioners were charged for the alleged offences under Sections 153-a, 120-B, 505(1)(c), 505(2) of IPC and 13(1)(b) of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (Amendment Act 2012).

2. Originally, the petitioners were granted statutory bail under Section 167(2) of CrPC with conditions of appearing before the Trial Court every day at 10.30 am until further orders vide order dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.A.Nos.1317 and 1319 of 2022. Subsequently, vide order dated 27.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18498 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1319 of 2022 modified the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court once in 15 days at 10.30 am. Once again, vide order dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15867 of 2024 in

Crl.A.No.1319 of 2022, this Court relaxed the condition to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court once in a month, i.e., first working day of the English Calendar Month. Now, by way of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking to relax the condition fully.

3. Considering the gravity of the offences and the trial Court has framed charges and the trial is commenced, we are not inclined to relax the condition at this stage. Let the trial court expedite the trial and dispose of the same.
