ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.840 of 2024 within a time frame, fixed by this court. 2 The first respondent herein/plaintiff filed a suit for partition and other reliefs against the petitioner. The petitioner herein entered appearance and filed her written statement. However, the defendants 5 to 7 have not filed their written statement. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this court, seeking direction to the trial Judge to dispose of the suit within time limit. 3 It is seen from adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers that service of summons on the other defendants not yet completed, even in the last hearing on 18.11.2025. The suit is in the stage of issuance of summons. Therefore, this court is not inclined to give direction to the Trial Court. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach this court after completion of pleadings.

4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
