This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27451 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27451 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is modified and petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice in a month at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
