ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to recall the bailable warrant issued by this Court on 05.04.2018 as against the petitioner/7th respondent.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 13.10.2025, the petitioner/7th respondent, against whom, bailable warrant issued, appeared before this Court and filed the present petition to recall bailable warrant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/7th respondent admits that by inadvertence, he failed to follow the case and not aware about the bailable warrant issued on 05.04.2018, henceforth, he would follow the case without any laxity.

4.Considering the undertaking given, this Court recalls the bailable warrant issued by this Court on 05.04.2018. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
