ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 28.07.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for conducting a detailed enquiry to carry out the UDR correction with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 5.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, it will suffice if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation dated 28.07.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties and pass a final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. No costs.
