ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioners' apprehension is that even before consideration of their objection and arriving at a decision by a speaking order,

respondent Corporation may proceed to evict petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for Corporation submits that objection, if any, submitted by petitioners within the time stipulated in the notice, will be duly considered and speaking order will be passed before taking any further action.

3. Placing on record the aforesaid statement, petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. WMP No.48481 of 2025 filed to permit petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is allowed, subject to filing of separate court fee within two weeks.
