ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue mark sheet and provisional certificate to the petitioner towards second year Diploma in Elementary education conducted on June 2025. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 2nd respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the respondents are already in the process of printing the certificates and the same will be completed within a period of one week and thereafter, the certificate will be issued to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd

respondent to issue the mark sheet and the provisional certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
