This application has been filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 25 days in representing the amendment application in D.No.120400 of 2025 in C.S.No.32 of 2023.

2. According to the applicant, he has filed the amendment application and the same was returned for non compliance and defects. Since the applicant is residing in UK, the above application has not been filed within the prescribed time period.

3. The other side has not seriously objected.

4. Considering the above-said reasons stated in the affidavit, the facts and the circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicants to defend the case, this application is allowed. Registry shall number the application (D.No.120400 of 2025) in C.S.No.32 of 2023 if it is otherwise in order.
