ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the on-line rejection order dated 25.6.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondent issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.P.krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has not been informed as to why the application submitted by the petitioner was rejected. When the same was brought to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that a detailed order will be passed by the respondent and informed to the petitioner.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct an enquiry and to pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
