ORDER

This Court heard the petitioner herein and this Court finds the reasons stated by the petitioner to modify the condition No.6(1) are not acceptable. However, I am of the view that the petitioner shall be granted 30 days more in complying with condition No.6(1).

2. Accordingly, modification petition is dismissed, however, 30 days time was granted to comply with the conditions, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
