This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27293 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even once.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27293 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.
