This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.172 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025, within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress 2/5

and the respondent police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.172 of 2025, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
