The petitioners who were all working as Machine Operators, were terminated from service vide Common Award dated 29.01.2025 in ID.Nos.38 to 45/2017, by the learned Principal Judge, Labour Court, Vellore.

2.Considering that the petitioners were working as Machine Operators and the grievance is one and the same and the source of right is also one and the same, the 2B petition is ordered.
