ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a month viz., on first and third Saturday, at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl MP No.7675 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.6804/2025 order dated 11.03.2025 in the above Cr.NO.17 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month viz., on first and third Saturday, at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl Mp No.7675 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.6804/2024 order dated 11.03.2025 in the above Cr.NO.17 of 2025., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks. 4.
