ORDER
Pursuant to the order dated 11.12.2025, the petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 18.12.2025, in and by which, he has 1/4
undertaken to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent/landlord on or before 30.06.2026; to pay monthly rent of Rs.10,000/- from December 2025 till delivery of vacant possession on or before 30.06.2026. The rents shall be paid on or before the 10th of the same month in advance.
2. The affidavit of undertaking is recorded. The civil revision petition is dismissed.The petitioner shall adhere to the time lines set out in the order dated 11.12.2025 which is has also been affirmed by the undertaking affidavit.
3. In view of the orders passed today, the execution petition shall be deferred until first week of July 2026.
