ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.11.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 5(1), 6(1), 11(4), 12 of POCSO Act, and 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No. 9 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 21552 of 2025.

3. The earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.21552 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "4. Considering the fact that the victim and the defacto complainant have not yet been examined and at this juncture, there is a possibility of tampering with the witness if the petitioner was released on bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed".

4. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
